2. Service Description

HT-TOTO is a free match prediction game for the Hattrick online football manager community. Users predict match outcomes and compete on leaderboards within tournaments organized by the community.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are created exclusively via OAuth authentication through Hattrick.org. No password is stored by HT-TOTO. Your account is linked to your Hattrick user ID.

If you purchase the optional Founder Badge, your billing email address is collected by Stripe and stored by HT-TOTO for payment correspondence.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Hattrick account. Any activity performed through your HT-TOTO account is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

When using HT-TOTO, you agree to:

  • Play fairly and honestly
  • Not use automation, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
  • Not abuse, harass, or interfere with other users
  • Not attempt to exploit or disrupt the service

5. Intellectual Property

HT-TOTO content, design, and code are the property of skapa s. r. o. Hattrick is a trademark of Hattrick Ltd. Match data is sourced from the Hattrick CHPP API and remains the property of Hattrick Ltd.

Your predictions and user-generated content remain your own.

6. Payment Terms

HT-TOTO offers an optional Founder Badge purchase via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. HT-TOTO never stores or has access to your payment card details.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the Founder Badge, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To request a refund, contact us through the channels listed in section 10. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. skapa s. r. o. is not liable for:

  • Data loss or service interruption
  • Accuracy of match data or prediction outcomes
  • Actions of third-party services (Hattrick, Stripe, Google)

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid to HT-TOTO.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using the service at will. The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of HT-TOTO shall be resolved by the courts of Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
